NoNeedToPaint ‘3 Step’ Wall Coating Application Process

To ensure that the coating creates a long lasting bond with your exterior house walls, we have developed a thorough and proven 3 stage process which guarantees perfect results. In the application process we exclusively use Andura products!

Step 1: Brushing and Cleaning
The first step is essential for a successful coating bond. We begin by thoroughly power washing and wire brushing your home’s exterior to remove all dirt and old paint. If necessary, we apply biocides to eliminate any lingering mold or algae. Additionally, we use solvents to clean grease and airborne pollutants, ensuring a pristine surface for the next step.

Step 2: Restoration and Preparation
Next, we address any surface imperfections. Cracks in the render, damaged brickwork, or pebbledash are carefully treated. We use special polymer resin to fill cracks, and any loose render is replaced. Other defects are repaired using a mixture of sand, cement, and latex. We take great care to mask off doors, windows, and surrounding areas with tape and heavy-duty paper. Plants, bushes, and lawns are protected with tarpaulins to avoid damage.

Step 3: Priming and Applying
The final step is priming and applying the exterior wall coating. If needed, we apply a specially formulated primer to ensure strong adhesion to the surface. After confirming the surface is properly prepared, we apply the final wall coating using a high-pressure spray for a smooth and even finish. This ensures a durable and long-lasting bond that will protect your home for years.
